try messing with your input settings if its your computer's audio having the issue, you can tell if its personal or client through recording the software through something like obs or checking it's volume output

some people just have some messed up audio when configuring the game for some reason

best advice for that one... the mushroom spawn locations stay the same for the seed, but the type of mushrooms on each one can change. Try and find 3 of the types in shore, and hope the 4th is in tropics... If you dont get 3 in shore, reload the game and try again

The game can be closed, however if you have it running, make sure it is in the main menu (and NOT the airport).
If nothing happens after that it means the lobby is full.
Also, game inv links don't work on the steam deck if youre using that
