youre likely not actually on dx12. a few programs like msi afterburner etc can cause it to use vulkan instead. try this.

Hopefully the devs aware of the 2 big issues in the game atm:

When someone is forced to rejoin all items are lost and they're back at spawn even when it is 100% covered in fog

People can hear you in push to talk without you using push to talk, keeps breaking you have to set it back to voice activity and push to talk to fix but it happens every round.
