Since other chats can move so fast, can I ask if anyone with lower resolutions, or on laptops/Steam Deck has had any issues with accessing the UIs of workstations, or the crafting UIs? In essence, that you can open them but they extend beyond the edge of the screen and can't really be easily interacted with? And if so, which ones?

It doesn't have to be on extremely low resolutions, but they seem to be most affected. I mean if you're having it on any resolution, it's an issue we want to resolve.

Probably not that complicated, theres already pork and sausage, beef and ground beef. So it would be a model for a meat grinder and then code to turn beef into ground beef, and pork into sausage when you use it. Maybe add intestine as a drop from butchering for sausage casing. I just like vanilla.

When newspapers are spawned in, they tend to time-travel and show newspaper prints of days in the future from when the player began the game.

Like, you can read July 14 newspapers when you are still on July 11.

If there is a bug report about it, then awwwwwwwwwww dang it, I thought I was smart and hoped the Knox Event is just a time-traveling event caused by time distortions.

it's not a bug report as much as a necessary effect for being able to get the full picture of the outbreak from newspapers. if a player did a full loot run for the first week and then stopped being in civilization after that, there's no way for them to get the later newspapers to get what happened towards the end. it might not be intentional but imo it's a good way to get people to have a more complete picture without just having to loot new areas every day

Do this but with two cities in Zomboid. Maybe have a wall between West Point and Muldraugh, and one team in each city. After a set amount of time the wall comes down and they fight to the death.

Another idea I had is to take some inspirations from the Sniper Wars from Warcraft 3 custom maps. When you kill a player, you get points to purchasse from the inventory shop, like the Last Stand custom challenge map in Project Zomboid.

And the loots will reset every 6 hours in-game, but limited to non-ranged weapons, foods, and items.

Has anybody tried Blacksmithing? theres a bug in crafting things from Crucible with Iron/Steel.
For instance, the Iron Anvil says it needs 32 uses of a Crucible with Iron but uses only half of that. I hope this gets fixed in the next patch

Yeah the problem is Red name though. It changes the perception of the words to some people, so praise of the game is taken as me sniffing my own farts or something lol. Reality is there's a massively talented team that I'm proud to get to work with who make all of that happen. It's really weird being a fan first and then coming to work for the studio. yeah, there was a "shit your pants" incident with a helldivers community manager that said a update would be really interesting

but helldivers has that little thing they release a warbond, give people a few days time to get used to said warbond and THEN release the major story twist that comes with the update, and i think it was something with the thrid faction back then and people were shittalking the CM for 3 whole days on the subreddit

until they catched on that the warbond update wasnt what the CM talked about

i do feel like since games became way more popular you have a certain percentage of entitlement within most communities, and those few often spark dogpiles

I’m just excited to get my hands on the infrastructure update whenever it comes. Being able to draw water with a pump, power your home with a windmill etc. it’s been a loooong while since we saw that blogspot. I hope those features are still upcoming!
