a friend of mine who's an electrician irl is usually underwhelmed by the things he can do in game regarding to wiring and electronics, so I'm always looking for mods to make it more insteresting, I think one of the mods that we found most useful was the one to make many types of sensors, like light sensors, rain sensors, to put on doors and light switches in our base

and since streetlamps have light sensors (I dunno tho if it was already a thing in the 90s), I think it is something realistic to have in game to be used for other purposes
