I have zero doubt after the way I've been treated dealing with the VA specifically, that doctors aren't there to try to help you, they try to make it as hard as possible.

Unless you're missing a limb or some shit.

For example, I went in for 2 years in a row multiple times telling my doctor that I thought there was a problem with my thyroid because I was always tired, and have a family history of issues. Took me getting so bad that I'd lose memory, my libido tanked, and had a slew of other psychological problems for them to test it. It's a system that's so fucked that I don't know why it still exists in the way it does.

RIP, my new years resolution for 2025 was to quit drinking, I've drank a hand full of times since then, for 2026 it was to quit tobacco products, I quit chewing tobacco in november, quit smoking in december.

Been about 2 months since I smoked last.

Cold turkey was a bitch. I was smoking around 2.5 packs a day, and chewing a can and a half.

The long release does not work for me

Cause once i take it im locked into it for 8 hours

It was never an issue of me not beijg able to do it, just the motivation
