At his core you can treat him like a high level PVP fight and it really puts the fundamentals of Souls combat to the test. I had to self diagnose anxiety disorder for a long time, because it was blatantly obvious (a fear of the outside world so intense I couldn't leave my apartment) but my psychiatrist personally thought autistic people can't have anxiety (even tho it's the most common co-morbid disorder with autism)
