I've been a little hungry and dirty and I got thirsty when my car broke down and I made it to down and used up a lot of water (water has been shut off for a bit) to wash up, drink and cook a nice good meal but uh I can't let my sickness get worse or I die.

Sterilized Bandage, disinfecting the wound and antibiotics will make the wound infection rate "tick down". Will happen over time, quite quickly depending on the strength of what you use (cotton in alcohol being the fastest)

The sickness will still fluctuate up and down once it starts, but if you pass the 3-day mark it shouldn't get any worse.

Keep in mind the 'danger period' which is usually on day 2, where the sickness will spike to its peak vs your current antibody strength. If you lapse on wound care and health during this period you can crash and die.

Cotton and alcohol is better then antibiotics? I need to sleep and once I do it will be 48 hours or so since I was bit so I am praying when I sleep it can't get worse. I am well fed (overweight though but slightly) not thirsty or anything but I bashed enough zombies my arms are tired. Its clean as of watering my crops and watching TV and the bandage is not dirty but I can wash myself again (I'm not doing so I have thirst, the day after water shut off it rained overnight and then not long enough in the morning for me to grab stuff and fill it.)
