Because it going from 4k to 15k after the update.. when before the update it was considered a terrible upgrade in general..

it would make no sense to increase the price but not buffing the upgrade in compensation

God I think some people really are dense. I have a sister who’s deaf and they play repo a lot.. I added their account to my family thingy so they can play without buying the game and also have their own account. I let them use my pc when I’m not using it since repo is the only steam game they are interested in. they aren't useless they just have different purpose and what would be the point of balancing every weapon to have the same effectivity different weapons are just for it so you have variety and one gun has to be better than other also look shotgun deals hella damage but you have to use it at close range while pistol is for long range and it deals less damage so you have to hit enemies few times and you don't always have the hammer and a pistol without the hammer it's more problematic to just use the pistol
