i probably should provide my reasoning for this instead of just saying it without explanation
clown is a joke of a tier 3, you probably would have a harder time dealing with tick than clown. compared to other characters who can serve as actual threats, this guy rly doesn't fit into the tier 3s and that's bad design, I would say its like C tier
oogly is up there on the global hate as people have with upscream, but not as bad tho. still, I've had this guy spawn directly above me and immediately attack me with 0 counterplay. not to mention how its lasers are barely visible if it spawns rly high up. area denial is a good concept on paper but even without these 2 mentioned points, it just blocks off so much and wastes so much time, its horrible to face, and like upscream it can very much pit you and end your run, I'd put in D tier

to an extent there is fun to be had for finding a clown in your level and going "oh oke so one of the t3s on this level is just free" but it's still bad game design imo
as for oogly, lemme just describe a real scenario that happened to me:
big valuable in room, i wanna get it and put it in extract. oogly is in that room, so i use oogly bait tech by hiding behind a wall and holding an item out for it to scan so it tries to chase me and gets stuck on the wall and despawns. i go into that room and prepare to move the valuable, only to realize... oogly respawned in the room i was just in (the room behind), and it's the only way back to extract, and it's a tight room so i can't outmanuever it, and the room im currently in doesn't have a good layout to oogly bait again

yea. just keep in mind that for the map geometry options (everything in the first image i sent with those config options), it wont update until you reload the level, so it might take a bit of trial and error to fine tune the colors you want
but for map objects (everything in the second image), those will update instantly as soon as the option is changed
(assuming you were using REPOConfig)

you need to smash him into the ground/walls and do enough damage for him to get killed and leave a green aura behind (which you need to step inside to regain the stolen HP back).
Note that on early levels it's doable, but tough to kill it this way due to strength limitation for the impact. With more strength I personally notice it's easier to kill it off when leeched on you, but else, you need to tumble launch on it to kill it in exchange for 5 HP (Tumbling doesn't result in it leaving the green aura behind to recover lost HP).
also if you notice a tick and it hasn't latched on you yet, drop everything you're holding, as holding something (even the cart) will result in the tick latching onto you.

_cameraSmoothing is set based on your camera smoothing setting, and this defaultSettingAmount
because it uses Mathf.Lerp, theres a good chance that defaultSettingAmount will almost never reach 0 if its ever above 0
therefore the 10000 degrees/sec limit is always in effect

It is also a potential pit lifesaver, if you fall into a pit with 1 extra jump and a tumble wings and a tumble cling, the moment you are not stunned and can action again (hopefully ur not full stunned all the way down) you can just sprint jump then immediately tumble to get the wings and then use tcling to pull yourself out once the wings stop giving u vert height
