if titans were required to gift people power to manifest their true form then how would multiple fetuses exist from just one fountain made by one person
If the adolescent stage is them possessing a lightener, it kinda makes the fetus stage not make sense.
Like would fetuses be useless creatures that dont grow up into actual titans?
