Hello, good morning. I have a suggestion: could you please consider reducing the gem cost required to upgrade weapons? Currently, upgrading a weapon requires using tickets because the number of gems needed is absurd. For example, Heart of Crimson, at MR level, requires 66.64 UTRG to upgrade to MR+. If you calculate this for around 100 weapons, it's excessive. Similarly, upgrading from MR+ to UR requires 1.81 DTRG, making it nearly impossible to upgrade to a UR+ without using tickets. To be honest, some players find it very difficult to farm tickets, and the demand is very high because literally doing anything in the game requires a lot of tickets, and the maximum we can obtain is 7,200.

1. TOO LITTLE TIME given, too much bosses HP that wastes our time. How is this game not GRINDY enough while all players are grinding tokens, tickets, resources all the time. This game lacks mechanic and I know well you're trying to make up for it by making hard mode in events like this, yet this fails badly. Too many bosses skills being thrown at us yet too little amount of time given.
2. Event items costs a few burning souls, which means we have to clear it a few times given by all the complaints people already find it hard to do even just one run. They fail miserably a few tries just to get one burning soul.

I dont know whats going on in your mind creating the hard mode. I did it 4 times and in 4th try I only got hit about 3/4 times in total, which is supposed to be a good amount compared to how many annoying skills are thrown by the bosses there. But I lost despite having burning flame, only got hit 2 times by last boss and 1/2 times by other boss, having full heaven shadow, this is supposed to be the bare minimum yet it is too hard to get.

I think improving the Battle Pass would be a great change for the whole community.

Right now, getting only 2 Title Tokens per Battle Pass feels very limiting. For new players, it can take almost two months to unlock all Battle Pass titles, which makes progression feel slow and discouraging — even if you play actively. This makes it harder to feel like a “max player.”

With the addition of the Red Dungeon Rune, Mythical Dust should drop in the Red Dungeon. This would make the Red Dungeon more valuable and rewarding to run.
Other dungeons would still drop Legendary Dust, but not Mythical Dust, keeping Mythical Dust exclusive and special. ❤️

1.) Let loot stats matter
Allow Loot and Loot Aspect on weapons to affect the drop rate of Mythical Dust and Cores.

2.) High-rank dungeon rewards
