Statue only spawns from a double dungeon in leveling city, defeating it gets you the ability to unlock an awakening and a relic, it’s not a shadow to arise. The hp scales with your dps I believe

you need buy vermillion keys from the winter shop, then do the key dungeon with drop chance for the swords, then use the blacksmith in the guild hall to upgrade the ranks, make sure to unequip relics to fix the price bug
