honestly if you want a quick method id recommend 3 different ways.

1. 1 core rune + 1 double dungeon rune + 3-4 more room runes. I usually can walk out of a dungeon with 4000-5000 cores of varying rarity doing this with a 2000% drop chance build.

2. Inf Desert SPECIFICALLY starting post wave 100. each wave has a 10% chance to drop legendary cores.

3. Arlecchino Keys. just equip a drop chance build and let it afk farm. spooky shards to craft the keys are quite easy to come by now.
