Rank up quests give a lot of xp. Weekly gives the most after that, try to do the easy ones then refresh them if you wanna level up a bit faster, it requires a lot of tickets though, same thing goes for daily. Quest suggestions/easy quests are the arise shadows, enemies suppression, brutes, dungeons(takes the longest), dedu and winter take too long unless it's weekends where it'll take a minimum of 2 hours to finish. Also don't forget to use xp potions when claiming quests
