You have similar chances at golds from strongboxes on drone or destroyed wing, without needing a special key, or alerting half the map. Usually it's mediocre loot with a siren telling everyone where you are.

The loot amount is fine. But the price(in credits) of templates needs lowered and the claxon gotta go

because there's definitely a moment after the stab completes where the faceplate is open and I'm not sure if that's supposed to be indicating the ult is active and the fact it looked closed earlier is a visual bug or if the stab animation just does that and he was 100% not on ult

If you're that far out, you're either cheating, or you're hunting out hidey holes. Either way, I'd be pre-aiming if I turn the corner to a spot where someone might be hiding.

Bungie can definitely tell. I wish people understood how anti-cheat measure actually work - the cheat developers will patch their programs when they realize how they're being detected, so it's far more effective for devs to detect a large number of cheaters and do ban waves alongside patching exploits to make it harder for the cheat devs to actually figure out how they were detected, etc

Yeah, it's a mixed bag. It's a pretty out-of-the-way part of the map, but the hiding spot is only half-decent, preaim indicates they may have been certain he was there, but they had two classes that would have a good excuse for having learned that earlier...
