If the game had been initially designed with a solo mode than this probably could have been planned for, but since solos was added on due to high volume of requests, they didn't really bake the game in a way that was intended for solos. Likely the reason solos are not allowed in cryo, since soloing the bosses take around 20 minutes to kill and around 2 peoples worth of ammo for just the wardens. Don't ask me how I know

I think making recon ult maintain a ping or physically outline players and giving more informational value would be the best way to improve the ult. And maybe giving it reduced effect w signal jam instead of no effect

Well, both can be done. Thief especially absolutely needs some slight nerfs. Visor could have one of its abilities removed. Drone needs to be MUCH weaker. It can take TWO SNIPER SHOTS 💀 and last less time.
