2. understand that in trios. there will be 3 enemies per team (if one rushes the other 2 will probably rush shortly after)
3. if you get stabbed maybe turn around?
4. if you get overheated you cant dash btw (dont walk into a flame grenade or atleast let yourself cool off before pushing
5. dont group up and allow easy tunneling

I understand it's trios, we are aware of 3 enemies in a team. I know I cant dash when I'm overheated I wasnt even aware I was thats why I tunneled vision the other guy who did rush in, I should of been more aware of that but even if I could dash to the first guy my teamates would of all went down, I wanted to chase that dude to kill the one split and make distance between the people, It's better to have people coming at us from one direction. We only knew they were there with the callout from recon because of the pings, and the pings dont even show if they're a player or not you gotta judge that and determine if it is on prior info. Being able to make that kind of deduction in how fast everything went up in flames with the lack of proper Audio is crazy.

We were in a choke point, everywhere behind us on that part of cryo is a choke point, the only place that isnt a choke point is the room we are trying to take and fight them for.

I didnt turn around to the guy stabbing me because of two reasons:

1. I was going to chase up the other guy who rushed in first to kill the one split. I did not realize I was overheated.
2. The guy who stabbed me did not sound like he was behind me even while stabbing me, with everything going on I couldnt process it in time. Even if I had processed it in time he was stabbing* me a Misriah cannot kill in one shot, he had hit me first, I was going to die no matter what. A misriah cannot shoot twice in the time it takes for him to kill me.

sprint pass like that was someone tryna play bait for their team, they wanted to take focus. if you're in that with shield you should turn to the ones behind because theyll want to kill you first so your team has no cover from the crossfire they can create once one is on the other side. the guy who passed will take longer to turn around and your teammates can focus them while you try to prevent the others from pushing behind. otherwise not much to do, carrying smoke grenades to confuse the situation when things get rough like that isnt bad sometimes confusion helps when you're put in a shit spot

though tbf it can be hard to read what to do in the few secs you get in fight so nothin to feel bad about eh

my notes on this are just that you overcorrected a little too much and didn't let your scar track automatically
the thief had a volt thrower which is better for close indoor combat than the scar so it was a little unfortunate

if you notice you keep overshooting the target when trying to track try turning your sensitivity down so that its a little easier
keep at it though; I believe you can do it 👍

What makes the Knife such an issue in my eyes is how it is so quickly and effortlessly able to turn a fight and just be used to rush in to kill two people before people can really understand what's going on. Knife closes the distance so so quick, they could be in bully range and you're firing at them before they get to hit you, but they will close that distance and dash with RMB magnet before you can kill them, and you cant pull out your knife or shotgun because its not instant you'd just get downed

Destroyer shields break quick to knives, even if someone dashes back the shield goes down and you can be ran at and slid into in most situations to just be killed. V99 channel rifle is harder but I doubt its ability

Longshot has a base dmg of 69.5 with a Headshot multiplier of 2.15 meaning the max damage a shot you can achieve 149.425 dmg. Game rounds down damage unless its equal or above .6 of a whole number, so it does 149 dmg.

Outland has a base DMG of 120 with a headshot multiplier of 1.4 making its highest dmg in one shot being 168, just enough to down green shields

Generally will run one suppressed if I just want to sneak around and hunt UESC for a match or two. You'll eventually get a V11 Punch dropped from the UESC which is a much better gun against players

Running solo, He couldn't decide between a dire marsh mission and an outpost mission. Because his vault held the key to the algae pond office, he decided to pick dire marsh, kitted out with decent gear.

He was excited as the session loaded. Unbeknownst to him, he quickly realized he loaded into, not only the wrong map, but the hardest map accessible to him -Outpost.

But our hero wasn't about to give up like a coward. He decided to do what heros do: find a place to hide for 5 minutes and scoot scoot ASAP, with rare agae pond key in hand.

He hunkered down. Shutters closed. Ears open. In such an obscure spot, he didn't expect altercations with another runner. Within 90 seconds however, he was ready for what came next.

Footsteps. Tip tap tip tap. Closer. Closer. "They wouldn't bother looking in this tiny office" he thought. However, he gripped his 'doof doof' shotgun with resolve.

The door wooshed open.

DOOF DOOF

The clumsy, would-be assassin was downed. And what a boon! The assassin had better gear in his bag!

30 seconds to exfil ready. Our hero listens careful as before while checking his map. Finally, a single exfil location appears, and not far! But it was guarded. No fear, he was kitted with plenty of smoke grenades and determination.

He waits. Patiently listening. After a moment of quiet and distant shooting in the other direction, our hero began making his way to the exfil. He is uncertain of this map and found himself in a dead end. This is no obstacle for the trusty thief grapple hook. He decides to get on the nearby roof to get a view and keep an eye out for enemies.

But alas, the dead end was adjacent to a wall, but not a roof. Our hero tragically but confidently cast himself over the edge of outpost and died, forever losing his gear, along with his beloved algae pond key.

Can someone tell me how this is possible?

Before this clip, I saw the guy close a door above me in Algae Ponds. Guy didn't make any noises to come down, so I assumed he was right above me.

As you can see, he appears out of nowhere.

Sure, Assassin being completely invisible while standing perfectly still kinda makes sense (though I never experience that luxury myself as Assassin, players still see me just fine), but you can hear him go invisible. And he wasn't standing there prior to using his invisibility. So he HAD to move in front of me while invisible.

Maybe Assassin gets 100% invisibility while crouch walking? But still, doesn't make sense how he was able to move down to me without me seeing or hearing him before he became invisible, especially since there was no cover there.

From my understanding of events, this dude went invisible and DROPPED down in front of me without me seeing him.

I was under the impression that runners could still see Assassin while they are invisible. Espesially if they fall down.

Maybe there is a Gold Core that enables this that I haven't seen it yet? Perhaps a Cheater?

Looking to genuinely understand how this happened.

P.S. This game needs a kill cam or theater mode so I can replay my death from enemey's POV. Would be nice to be able to learn the game and detect cheaters.

yeah. stick to armed lockers and the 4x4 lootables. stay hidden. no rook is currently friendly. out of my 10 games i met 2 friendly rooks

and the thermals on the HPR have been spawning more, alot more. i found 7 thermal blue HPR's on pinwheel today @severe hearth

90% of button runs end in ruin because the last button is almost impossible to find
