I think the answer is simply casuals, the same players in arc raiders. Surprisingly those players seem interested in the genre despite its slow pace. At the same time, the audience could also be BR players, since the whole aspect of looting and shooting is what they do most.

Bungie can make it work, the problem is somehow the game just feels competitive for what it’s been marketing. Imo, it feels like I’m back in the first Apex Legends days and ngl those days traumatized me badly.

Been playing the Tech Test, did not get to try the ALPHA, here is my opinion; Menu is navigation is slow on console, using a controller to move and select sections takes time and patience. Items can be confusing, when hovering items you get a small amount of info, but it's not clear what some items can actually be utilized for. Movement is slow, slower than anything modern. Customization of your character is lacking and tied mostly to store purchases.
