Where your bullets land, a bird sound comes out, not from the gun. A distraction tool, best used with one-shot silenced weapons. Why would you put that on your unsilenced rifle? They'll just hear the gunshot. It's imitating the environmental birds that scatter when a player moves by. Just like hunt. Also partial slide reload, the main perk is the stability after the slide.
