Okay so yeah. It's revealed that when you go back into cryosleep after your baby is stolen, you were frozen for a lot longer than you thought. While looking for your baby you run into the Institute which is a techy organization replacing people with synths. The director of the Institute is some old dude, who turns out to be your son who is 60 years older due to you being frozen
