In early levels I can get be on top of them, they move me around, they block shots. Literally the only thing you couldn’t grind was exotic weapon mats and fruits and a couple other things they could have just made drop 1 or 2 without energy to fix it.

It's easier to farm god rolls now since you can keep rerolling attributes until you get the right ones. Like, with the old system if you got a 3/4 piece you'll just have to keep farming until you get a perfect piece, but with the new system you can reroll the attributes and with some luck it will turn into a 4/4 piece

Yes and no it seems like you can only get perk upgrades from level 5 perks but not all perks have upgrades for them

You can check which have perks in the weapon perk pool

Upgraded perks are a random drop as well, but if you get one it’s a 100% chance to upgrade another weapon with the weapon forge system

You can actually get a perk with two perk upgrades at the same time
