Essentially for that we are just buffing veterans. If your proficiency is 10,000 and average commendations is 1000, and your commendations is 500, your score is 0.5. 10,000 * 0.5 is 5,000. 2nd would be t0 to t6. These are just hoops we can make using existing statistics (very easy to implement). Would need to tweak valid sources of proficiency a bit, and then use the gains in a week to determine who played most. (Thanks to @vast arch I found an exploit to get it without logging in, too.)

We need more variety in our modifiers, that one I can’t argue… but the idea of new players having trouble just because they don’t have those units is a little over blown. Most new players will have trouble as they don’t have artifacts that are built right. New Kabr could get through the content pretty easily, even getting to master rank. He was being used to clear Floor 40, and was I believe in top 10 speed last cycle.

Jolder can handle most impact content fine, she had been used in masters for impact in place of Jaren quite a bit.

Yes without those units they won’t be running top meta, but new players were not going to make it into these top teams anyways.

And she's a very versatile character

Still one of the best Defense characters but don't expect good total DPS. For team comps, she's really valuable providing shields and tanking damage from the enemies, can even go straight head on to taunt and aggro the enemies to herself due to high survivability
