Allocation is insane for damage and sort of doubles for rapid fire shinka coverage since Allocation shots count for three hits.

Any of them in column three work from my experience. Fraternity seems the most popular, but Annihilation is fixed now and the "chance" on Bullseye Rebate seems rather large, so I like all three. Fourth column is definitely Allocation.

Fraternity is the easiest access to damage since it isn't limited by health gates, and the mod gives it reload speed, Bullseye almost always refills your magazine on kills, and Annihilation allows it to sort of work as a backup when you run out of heavy.

Testing Rossi super. @indigo solar i think I messed up my testing but no artifact perk is effecting Rossi Super dmg. Only Arc/Ability/Super substats seem to do anything. I equip +20% dmg while Overshield and it didnt effect his super.

T1 is permanent damage resist/damage bonus depending on his form.

Either T3 or T4 cuts the cooldown of his active form's ability by half, so that is very nice if you don't have T6 yet.

Steve should pretty much always have his natural health recovery active, which is insanely strong. Nourishing Pact doesn't really heal much in comparison. I don't think Bulwark Pact will be necessary, since he can already heal his barriers, they've got lots of health at base, and he can summon new ones pretty quickly. Plus, ability strength and sig boost both increase barrier health

Tbh yea, I think it’s worth it. Especially given the Issakis bug is patched. His super is just a little extra dps if it hits its target. Other than that, it’s better to pour everything into abilities.
