This will allow us to pull mobs away from key attack targets and allow our teams to focus damage without being targeted, squishy dps will love us doing this.

Dps want to focus on killing things not having to duck and dive from every corner and angle because mobs are not under control.

Also look at recommended art sets, they also tell you how well they perform for CC defence or attack

Ok crazy take. New Kabr is same Piercing/Arc and same Power Wpn LFR as Helhest. This fake crota raid is a way to ramp up the enemy health to allow them to start pushing new powercreeping Damagers leading off with Steve the Resolute as first guinea pig. The end goal is too allow Supports to remain needed but ultimately not a top DPS position like Helhest has now and make new better DPS.
TLDR enemies are about to get suped up to counteract HH and make Ning disappear. Steve is the first in new wave of creeping DPS
