I haven't played dune so I have no opinion on that , but ubisoft just did a livestream about skull n bones about new content , more npcs, new ships, more bosses , basically an endgame overhaul , probly in the form of dlcs. As far as a game being pve heavy , if you don't like that you have other choices , from what I know of dune it wasn't advertised as a solely pvp game , sorry if that doesn't sit well with you but that really isn't the devs fault , it's yours. AS FAR AS THIS GAME GOES - with people rushing directly to endgame content we had in the test will happen AGAIN once the game goes live , there's only going to be I think 3 more biomes which would be 3 more bosses , plus the 3-4 more ships we're going to get will only give the endgame racers an additional 1-2 weeks of content which will be what like maybe a total of 50-70 hours of content when the race to the end is over , AGAIN this is a player problem not the devs fault , from what I saw in the test , they intended people to explore and 100% every island in each biome and somewhere in that they gave us ship combat and boarding with rewards and people were skipping content then getting on here and asking how to do this and that because they raced ...this got long friggin winded so I'm done.
