Hi, i can't understand why with this rogue we have so much difference on finishers, he got 8 more Evis casted than me and his max is 225k crit vs 180k for me, resulting in a 70% difference between his and mine (31.8k dps vs 18.7k)

I'm new to the Brew build, maybe my Irrevocability rotation is not optimal or something

Hey.

Damage from finisher is higher for him cause he has 5316 mastery while you have 2576. Doesn't mean he got better stats than you, cause you obviously have more crit/vers than him and thats also good (you did more damage from dispenser and gloomblade than him for example, despite casting less gb than him).

Also, nelt trinket is probably worse than stat trinket for single target.

Also, rng is always a big part of a fight when you compare only 1 log. Looking at your sophic devotion uptime, you only have 8.25% (which is very low) when he got 24.85% (average).

I can see that you have a higher uptime on finality rupture, which imply there could be some optimization on this topic too (!finality in sub channel for answers)

When looking at crit RNG, he got luckier by a decent amount too

Ok now looking at cast sequence.

You use 2 tea during first dance of the fight, which is obviously a big waste, since we use tea for energy in single target (outside of dance, for gloomblade spam usually)

you use tea again for a third time during your second dance which is still a waste of your tea

#

during lust, you usually never need to tea

#

so your second tea usage should come around 50s into the fight

(which is what your mate did)

you might have been able to squeeze an extra finisher in dance if not for those storms

gameplay wise :

  • you should play around finality in single target more
  • you should not use tea during dance in single target (except when caped at 3 charges during opener)

Thanks a lot @outer pollen for this helpful review! I thought the mastery boost from tea was great before a secret technique, i will look into it and improve 💯👌

your only use the mastery buff in aoe

#

(cause you have infinite energy anyway)

but even in m+ I would still make sure to have 2 charges of tea

#

for every boss

#

and only use the last charge when its close to being full capped

#

In fine, tea has more value in ST than in aoe

#

so might as well keep the charges for ST as much as possible

And for the DM stacks, what is the most optimal? If I understand well, it's never a good idea to Shuriken Storm before a Secret Tech because we lose the buffed +25% Shadowstrike? Even for Find Weakness?

In singletarget you never storm in dance

If you want to play safe during opener, you press storm

but before dance

#

there is a weird situation in 2target when you would press 1 time storm

#

but thats a very small gain
