For rogue pvp is race important? Such is if I choose a Dwarf would a macro for casting stone form to clear DOTs and then Vanish be helpful. Seems like a lot of rogues in Arena cannot Vanish because of DOT's or does Vanish remove them anyways. Sorry new to game and making a Rogue for Midnight today and trying to decide on race.

not just that but we also don't have a useful raidbuff, so unless we're ahead, you better queue with friends

sure, if you're in HOF or very close, rogue raidbuff matters
afterwards, the bosses are nerfed so much by gear that rogues become somewhat acceptable to drop
Also, almost every M+ group would rather take a damage related raidbuff. It might be mathematically better to bring a DR raidbuff, but that's not how theorycrafting works atm
