Why in every topgear is not the 2 rings from NPX as bis items? Does the set bonus not do basically anything?

Yeah, my point is, both crit and mastery are pretty good stats with mastery being top unless you hit diminishing returns, which is not possible with the gear value. But the set bonus must do basically nothing if they're not paired together in any gear comparisons

once you have a core you can just sim it in top gear

you can get infinite

just need to farm them
