The difference is with guidon and 700 haste you are able to fit in your second sectec during blades

The play is guidon -> ~1sec delay -> blades -> dance sectec macro -> use second dance at 8 seconds left on blades -> Sectec ASAP.
Hold dance after blades until sectec is back up.

Personally, I disagree with the use of pbox in m+ because of ease of use, superiority of guidon on ST in boss fights, less downtime on your kicks, stuns and blinds, but I'm not very hardcore m+ so yeah.
