I have ~850 Haste after Flask and Oils, and it still feels almost impossible to fit that 2nd SecTech in Blades.

Looking at my CDM SecTech appears to comes off CD as last global in Blades. Not sure if the clones even hit at that point, and I would need to make sure I'm on full CP ready for it.

Am I doing it wrong, or is this how it should feel?
