Hi guys quick question to be 100% sure, the cap is at 18,5% haste to fit a 5th global during sd right ? So first thing to do is to reach that 18% (a little more due to server lag) to have a bigger burst window. I'm currently at 14,5%, so one good haste ring could make me gain way more than anything else, right ? (I'll lose 4% crit by changing the ring, from 27 to 23%)
