you need an addon for it, i managed to remove them by adding the cooldowns as custom buttons to better cooldown manager, unsure if other addons have similar options

if you have the addon

you can just add the cooldowns under custom and additional custom

so can create 2 rows

and then just remove the tracking from the official cdm
