- Every single Flagellation & Blades window should look like the opener in this picture. Coup, shadowstrikes and eviscerates can move around a bit depending on procs, but all the other spells should be used exactly like this.
- Make sure you always get 8 globals off during your shadow dances. You can hover over your shadow dances to see the exact times they start, and then see if your 8th spell is within 8 seconds of that.
- If your shadow dance and/or symbols wasnt ready in time to be used like in the picture above you used too many in between your burst.

with the new season 3 tier set, after casting Coup you can cast it again within 5 seconds but the way blizz made it possible was by adding a temporary buff that's 4 stacks of Escalating Blade which blocks you from generating new stacks while its up so in order to minimize the risk of wasting stacks we can cast shuriken storm/toss

there is one small optimization once you unlock the season 3 4 set bonus.
Which basically means to use shuriken storm after your first Coup de Grace casts as builder.
This is because of the set bonus, the bonus allows you to use coup a second time and gives you a buff to do so.
But this buff does prevent unseen blades procs to generate stacks for a new coup de grace.
So in order to not waste unseen blade procs, we optimize for it. (we only do so during shadow blades)
(Shuriken storm does not proc unseen blades)

I don’t understand why the sim doesn’t like always storming during blades when you would overcap an escalating blade (for a danse stack at least)
