Is it normal that Sub rogues highs are extremely high and lows are abysmally low? For M+ I feel like if I start a boss and pop Flag + Shadow Blades then circle through my rotation until all Symbol and Dance charges are up, my damage numbers are insane, but then for like 30 seconds after I do almost nothing until I get another dance and symbol charge. For like 30 seconds I’m just doing Backstab, Rupture, Backstab, Eviscerate very slowly as my energy tries to keep up, is this a pretty normal sub experience?

first of all you seem to be a bit late on the pull (2.5 sec). secondly you seem to use flagellation+blades+dance+symbols all at the same time which is not intended. you then used rupture first thing in your dance which isn't intended either. as the others said you gotta study the opener... you need to get flag and rupture up and running before you go into dance. can't waste globals like that

Real answer is that the 2nd sectech in flag/blades hits harder since you have more stacks of flawless form. Getting the first sectech off early means you're more much likely to get the 2nd one under all your buffs. This is also why we CB that 2nd sectech

It doesn’t provide any advantage. Better to save it for utility or extra combo points after your burst, or to proc the first dance bug if ur lucky
