its not a bug. every instance of damage is considered a hit, so rotten makes it crit and takes away a stack for it

- There is a 90s stat trinket from outdoor/delves but it unfortunately gives haste or crit, so that coupled with lower ilvl means its probably not ideal. So we will just have to wait until the trinkets are implemented in sims to see which of the damage trinkets we likely end up running with.
