is it proper to hold shiv for the start of vend/flag window? i've been throwing it on cd and shiv lines up so it comes up right after the flag window, while you still have the haste buff+vend. It allows for an extra use of shiv while not having to use a cringe 1-2 cp global during flag. A lot of the top logs still hold shiv tho. Is there something im missing
