Explanation of snapshotting

It would be good in single target, but it would be absolutely terrible in AoE

Our spec revolves around constantly swapping targets to set up bleeds/poisons on multiple targets, so everytime you apply a bleed, you also have to tab-target/click to change targets to apply bleeds on another enemy

The spec is honestly quite fast in AoE already and very methodical, removing the gcd cap would just make it very frustrating to play
