So simplified, let's say you buy two 291 legendaries for all 23 of your raiders at 85k each. That's 3.91M. Slap a generous 500k transfer fee for a total of 4.4M.
Buying those legendaries from the server itself at 180k each would cost 8.28M

Almost double the price.

Most guilds in low-pop servers do the transfer-method to save a lot of guild and that's why they have spreadsheets for who wants what legendary, who wants what BOE's, how much everything costs on the high-pop server and so on.

I can't speak for all guilds, but I know that most top 100 guilds do that on low-pop servers - but then again most top 100 guilds are on high-pop servers already.

basically on <5 targets, you use it like a normal bleed, just in pandemic, after 5, you can refresh it slightly before pandemic, at like 10-11 mobs you can add another 1-2 seconds on that

but you really have to keep putting out garrotes and ruptures, even if just for the energy to sustain

hi, for 4+ targets in m+ or raids, should i do fok + crimson then fok + get rupture on as many targets as possible? is there any point in just fok+crimson?
