Yeah, Nadja is definitely more vulnerable to intermissions and downtime, however it works a bit both ways

Say there's a fight where you get full value out of every proc, and you get to sync Vend/Flag with Euphoria/Fatal Flaw and the boss dies shortly after

In a case like that where you don't miss procs and the boss dies shortly after FF will give Nafja crazy more value

They're both consistent but in different ways;

Theotar is consistently rng and you sometimes get good procs, sometimes not. However you don't lose crazy value from it procing during intermissions.

Nadja is consistent in the proc and you will always get it at the same point in the encounter every time - unless you introduce adds in as well, which are a good thing most of the time. It's a lot more consistent than Theotar, but consistently procing Euphoria during intermissions is a massive loss.

And as an extra point in favor of Theotar;
Boss dying just before Euphoria procs will give Theotar more value over Nadja as well.

So it's really encounter specific. Nadja can be great even on fights with intermissions, as long as the proc doesn't happen during downtime. I would still play Nadja on Sylvanas personally because you get Euphoria/FF with Vend/Flag in p3 for giga p3 deeps, which is always fun

How are you guys thoughts of the Addon Hekili? I use it for quite the amount of Time and I rule the top 3 of DPS spots in our Mythic Raid. But my ilvl% Logs are always like very low. Even If I pumped 10 to 11 k dps over the course of the whole fight.
