To me, the best one is just the one you are most comfortable with - as for which does a higher theoretical dps - you'd have to look at the logs or sims.

Some peopel can - but i certainly couldn't learn all 3 and gear all 3 to the extent to parse like 90+ on all three of them...
I'd say pick the one you really enjoy and focus on it.
really read the guides, run sims, get the proper stats and enchants and domination sockets leveled up to rank 5, etc.
otherwise your parses just aren't going to be that great honestly

It really depends on a lot of things, including soulbinds, gear and encounter
Obedience will likely be better, especially with MfD.

you just cant afford to delay when you do it on both boss burns in p2, since well you know on 2nd one it only comes up after the veil
you can vendetta 1st platform in p2 to make timings more forgiving
but yeah there on 2nd platform in p3 you will get it right back before veil, you need to press it pretty much insta after the veil

finally got a 2nd 252 dagger from vault today, have r5 frost now as well...is it kind of weird that I actually sim 100-200 dps higher as outlaw(using 239 ripper/252 dagger) than assass even as venthyr.?Do sims overvalue something in outlaw's ST profile or something? Seems like in practice venthyr assass performs better at the top end of logs/on average than venthyr outlaw but...guess ill try outlaw in raid this week and see.
