You can sim yourself, though if I were you I'd go with the one that's highest(Dashing Scoundrel + Frost Set).
Not only because it's highest, but it's also very smooth and forgiving(compared to Obedience). 🙂

It can do straight damage on the boss when in execute range but that is a dps loss compared to getting the stat proc, so you want to use it on yourself instead

Mana -> It gives around 4K mana to a healer.
Damage -> Deals 9k for me (194 iLvL) IT ALWAYS CRITS, so the 9K that I get are CRITS, it has 100% chance to crit and scales with vers afaik IT ALSO HAS 40yards Range.
Heal -> It heals me for 16k+ (critted) IT ALWAYS CRITS TOO.

Addition information ->
If your hp or party members health pool is less or equal to 30%, then it heals for a large amount respectively.
If a party member with the healer specialization near you has less 20% mana, then it gives him/her mana.
If you are crowd controlled, then it frees you.
If the trinket can execute your target with less or equal to 20% health, it will attempt so by dealing a large amount of damage.
The Trinket sends a little lightningbolt to the target that has a FIXED traveltime, so it takes the same time to reach the target at 0 and 40 yards.
If you are somehow "In danger", most likely with threat in a healer specialization, then it summons a minion that taunts your target.

Never apologize. BUT I will say - stats don’t really matter for play. Obviously to do the frost build you need high crit. But rest are whatever. Biggest diff in real time will be playing better
