Valor is tied to your characters m+ score, not the achievements

IQD is a trinket you want to plan the usages in advance to not waste it

like i used one charge on a M sire big add when it took 100% bonus dmg rather than start of p3

because you got another lineup with vendetta at the end of the phase

but basically the rule is, use on cd, unless holding doesn't lose a usage when syncing with vendetta

and you want to avoid areas where it gives healer mana or hp to people

like on sludgefist i would use before the pillar slam (5s before vendetta) to give stats rather than after as that would heal someone
