AFAIK the unholy set is not affected by anything like haste. It just has an internal cd and then it's all down to rng procs from abilities, attacks, dots etc. But I could be devastatingly wrong.

You'd think that the unholy set would be super good for assassination as it can proc from dots as well, but that's really not the case.
But yes, sims have been done with absolute bis gear for both sets and frost just pulls ahead.

The ilvl is the bonus id in the string you copy paste. Changing the 236 one to the bonus id from an item that is 246 already will do the trick.

alternatively you can go to wowhead, find the item, and under the item you will find a dropdown menu that lets you change the itemlevel of the item. find the one youre looking for, and then the URL will have changed to contain the bonus IDs in a "bonus=XXXX:YYYY" format, you can just use those numbers
