I think sub has the potential to be higher with the right set up and the right pulls for it
seen sub pull 11-12k overall on stream but that requires pulls that fit their damage profile and a lot of the right gear

Your rotation is entirely different, you focus on different things, the gameplay is different etc.
It's natural for someone to do in raids but not great in m+, and vice versa

In MOST cases, Obedience vs Doomblade is less than 50DPS difference. Sometimes DB pulls ahead, others Obedience pulls ahead. There's no right or wrong answer, both are 100% playable. Also, depending on a few things, we may be moving to Dashing in 2-3 weeks as well.
I crafted my legendary at 229 item level, and Doomblade simmed 27 DPS higher than Obedience, but I made Obedience because I can use it both in raid and m+.
