With the domination sets nerfed, and possibly frost set's proc rate fixed, it is possible that the frost set with the Dashing Scoundrel legendary might pull ahead for Assassination. It is however still likely that we'll just default to using unholy for the majority of content.

This is all very sudden, so we don't have all the sims yet. Please wait patiently as the confirmed changes get posted on Wowhead and later get implemented in the sims.
