We’re a better team now. I’ve known these guys for a long time and what they are capable of, so we took the new people under our wing and now they are consistently putting up at least blue parses. That’s all we really ask for.

We also did our best to break up cliques and have people play with one another to get to know each other. So, it ended up a happier story than most guilds I’ve been apart of.
