It's free DPS. I generally toss it on the highest HP or most dangerous mob, then keep bleeds on it. CT/Rupt/Gar + Vend and maybe an envenom or shiv is still a big boon to your bottom line

After a while you'll get the pace of dungeons down and know where it is best to use. It's hard to say Pack 7/13/16 because it's not always consistent. Play it out and do what feels comfortable then begin to push yourself

Prides are a decent use of it, but prides often happen right before bosses, and obviously you want it up for the boss.
At higher keys though, prides get legit dangerous and others will want to hold their CDs, so maybe it makes sense to blow yours.

Yeah, I mean it depends. If you're going into an add-heavy fight, you probably want to blow yours so that the Fire Mage can combust early.
Ultimately, you just want to grind out M+ and use it often to see what feels best with different comps and dungeons.

Zoldyck is generally the better choice for SLG.
Doomblade is more priority damage on Boss/Goliath and on Commandos if you're doing the slow strat.
But honestly, you shouldn't be the one bursting the shields down either as Assassination
