If I apply Garrote with a mastery or crit buff, and the buff fades away 1 second after I applied the dot, is that stat bonus "held" for the whole duration of the dot, or is it more dynamic (each tick checks all your CURRENT stats). @strong saffron Here's a few points that I found:

1. You waste combo points on some fights by using Mutilate/Gar/Shiv at max CP or max-1. Always use a finisher when you're at 4/5 combo points with Vigor or 5/6 with Deeper Stratagem. You don't need to get to max combo points to use finishers.

2. Do not sync Flagellation with Vendetta. You should use Flagellation on cooldown, unless you know that you won't miss a cast by syncing it.

3. You delay your Shiv quite a bit here and there. Try to press it on cooldown, making sure to pool BEFORE it comes off cooldown, not when it's already available.

They give a rough idea on what works and what doesn't. There are a lot of variables in M+ which a simulation cannot account for, but for what it is worth, it's really good.

Ambush is currently only used from blindside/sepsis proc, not from stealth.
The reasoning is a little complicated, but the most important of them is the difference in combo points on crit (up to 4 vs 3).
Some other factors to consider are increased poison applications, blindside, and doomblade. This is true for all talent combinations and legendaries.

I'm looking at either Zold, MA( KS Build) or Celerity.. I'm kind of leaning towards Zold just because my daggers are 213/207 vs my outlaw weps 197/213(dagger).. Or should I wait another week or two for R4? Would Zolds fill that gap? Or would it be better to either go with MA/Cele and try to get a better MH?
