Outlaw is usually the go-to spec for that fight. Assa's strength comes from the 2 target sustain damage/execute in P3, but that's usually the easiest part. Getting to P3 is the hard part.

And that's where Outlaw beats Assa easily.

How much consideration would you give to ilvl increases when considering legendary choice? Tossing up between Doomblade on hands, replacing a 171, or Zoldyck's replacing 207 legs. I think mayyybe Zoldyck's fits more for the content I'm doing, but the ilvl upgrade would also be nice. If I'm doing more m+ stuff, taking Zoldyck's would be better, right?
