standard answer: "stat weights are bad". long answer: you want to just sim your character every time. stats have weoght very near to each other, add the shadowlands diminishing return, and you get this. probably if you. get a crit piece all weoghts will shuffle

I'm almost sure at 95% sure that it's not a win and it's again a matter of energy starving. If you Shiv into Mut to 5, you will starve and need to pool for vanishing, and pooling during Vendetta = bad

however, you'll still have a chance to do Mut Mut Env in MA, which is basically no gain compare to Mut Env Mut

Especially since you Vanish with at least 1 cp (given by shiv)

but again, opener simulation is tough to do so I did not really dive into it.

But I can tell you that it's usually at best marginal, and Mut > Rupt > Mut > Gar > FLag/Vend/SnD > Shiv > (Vanish) Mut > Env > Mut is what feel the best. It's at least the only opener where you don't starve at all in energy, not wasting globals.

Doesn't matter especially if you're using Deeper Stratagem. Even if you vanish with 5-6 combo points with DS, You would env - mut - mut because the first mutilate would only generate 2-4 combo points and you want to enenom at 5-6 cp

There are some fights where that won't be the case, like Shriekwing, but it's good to compare uptime as that does have a big impact on overall dps
